How sustainable is your business?
Every order is prepared by demand - an order fulfilment method where items are printed as soon as an order is made. This means that no waste is being produced. I also use the most sustainable packaging and the most eco-friendly delivery method from Royal Mail.
Can I cancel my order once I've placed it?
You can cancel your order anytime before your order has been shipped - to cancel your order please email me ASAP at inesalexandra_ramos@outlook.com - your order can't be cancelled after it has been shipped, you would have to send it back to me but I can't refund the original postage paid or the return costs.
